If you're finding Foundation Chemistry hard, don't be deceived by
'Foundation'. Unlike at GCSE, foundation has no significence on the
difficulty of the subject. Chemistry starts off hard, but gets easier
as the course goes along.
AS Chemistry (OCR)
There are three sections to AS Chemistry:
- Foundation Chemistry
- Chains and Rings
- How fast, how far?
But in the second year, there are four sections to A2:
- Chains, Rings and Specroscopy
- Trends and Patterns
- Unifying Concepts
- Transition Elements (option module)
